1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of Repost Cleaner ("Repost Cleaner," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your license to the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, except where a valid custom agreement presented by Apple applies.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and satisfy the age and account requirements that apply to Apple and TikTok in your region. You may connect and act only on a TikTok account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. If you use Repost Cleaner for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. What Repost Cleaner does
Repost Cleaner is an iPhone utility that can present TikTok's website for sign-in, identify the connected account, scan Reposts available to that account, let you select items, and submit requested removals. It also provides simulated Demo Mode, on-device usage controls, StoreKit purchases, and account-scoped cleanup history stored in the app sandbox.
Repost Cleaner is a tool that follows your selections. It does not promise that every Repost will be visible, removable, or reflected immediately by TikTok.
4. TikTok and other third-party services
Repost Cleaner is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, policies, technical restrictions, and decisions.
The app also relies on Apple for distribution and purchases, content delivery networks for functional resources and media delivery, and your mail provider when you contact support. Those services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for complying with them.
5. Account connection and session security
You sign in on TikTok's website displayed in an embedded browser. You are responsible for protecting your device, TikTok account, Apple Account, credentials, and verification codes. Do not share credentials with us. TikTok may require additional verification, may sign you out, or may identify a different active account than the one last remembered by Repost Cleaner.
Review the connected account shown in the app before scanning or removing anything. When the remembered and website accounts do not match, you should switch or sign in again before proceeding. Signing out through Repost Cleaner clears the TikTok website session and cached connected-account identity from the app, while account-specific cleanup history may remain locally.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Repost Cleaner on an account you do not own or have permission to manage;
- use the app to violate law, another person's rights, or TikTok's applicable rules;
- attempt to bypass verification, access controls, purchase controls, safety controls, or technical limitations;
- interfere with the app, TikTok, Apple, or connected infrastructure, including by introducing malicious code or excessive automated traffic;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Repost Cleaner or use the app to manage accounts without authorization.
7. Cleanup actions and your responsibility
You decide which items to select and are responsible for confirming the correct account and selection. A cleanup processes selected items individually. If you tap Stop, the app stops after the current item completes; actions already submitted may still take effect.
Visual progress is designed to remain responsive and may not represent the exact timing of each network operation. The final result and local history are based on actions the app determines were successfully completed. TikTok may delay, reject, reinterpret, or later change the result.
8. Free access and Pro purchases
Free allowance
Free access currently permits up to 100 successful removals per device, per local calendar day. The counter is stored on the device. Demo Mode does not consume this allowance. We may adjust free features prospectively, subject to applicable law.
Pro products
Repost Cleaner may offer:
- Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account; and
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the lifetime of the app as offered and supported, not your personal lifetime.
Pro does not enforce a daily cleanup limit. A “500/day” message in the app is a safety recommendation intended to encourage measured activity; it is not a guaranteed capacity or hard entitlement. No free trial is advertised for Weekly. The exact product, localized price, billing period, and any taxes are shown in the app's Apple purchase sheet before you approve payment.
Renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds
Weekly renews automatically until cancelled. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages renewal. You can manage or cancel it from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect under Apple's displayed subscription terms and does not generally reverse a period already purchased.
Use Restore Purchase in Repost Cleaner with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchase availability and restoration depend on valid App Store entitlement information. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription.
9. Availability and service changes
TikTok can change its website, private interfaces, verification requirements, rate limits, content visibility, or account policies at any time. Apple and network providers can also experience interruptions. As a result, scanning or cleanup may be unavailable, incomplete, slower than expected, or require an update or manual verification.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain compatibility, security, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any specific scan result, removal speed, or that use of the app will avoid TikTok account review or restrictions. Follow TikTok's rules and use measured cleanup activity.
10. Ownership and license
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable license terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Repost Cleaner on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by App Store rules.
Repost Cleaner's software, interface, branding, text, and original assets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. TikTok content, names, marks, and account information belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any of them.
11. Feedback and support
You may send support requests or product feedback by email. You grant us permission to use non-confidential suggestions to improve Repost Cleaner without compensation or obligation to you. Do not include passwords, verification codes, session cookies, payment details, or content you are not authorized to share.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repost Cleaner is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, and compatibility. We do not warrant that all Reposts will be found or removed, that local history will never be lost, or that TikTok will accept or preserve any action.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those places, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted, and your non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, access, revenue, goodwill, or account availability arising from or related to Repost Cleaner, TikTok, Apple, network services, or these Terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Repost Cleaner during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using and delete the app at any time; remember that deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend or terminate access to app functionality if reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, third-party restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, purchase obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
16. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the relationship between you and us, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot be waived by contract. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
